Role & responsibilities We're seeking a CNC Programmer and Operator to produce high-quality 2D/3D carvings on wooden doors and panels. The CNC Programmer and Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines for woodworking tasks. Key Responsibilities Convert 2D/3D designs into CAM toolpaths. Set up and operate large-bed CNC router machine. Performs routine maintenance tasks on machines as required. Coordinate with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimal downtime. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Preferred candidate profile 3-7 years operating and programming CNC routers for wood, with demonstrated 3D carving work Proficiency in CAD/CAM Software Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Hands-on experience with at least one: VCarve / Aspire, ArtCAM, Fusion 360 (Manufacture), Rhino/RhinoCAM, AlphaCAM, EnRoute. This role combines facility management, technical engineering, and project coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will ensure seamless product installations, manage subcontractors, and provide technical expertise for mechanical and electrical setups within the lab. Key Responsibilities Oversee installation and maintenance of product showcases across the facility. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to deliver installations on time and to specification. Manage subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Provide technical expertise in mechanical and electrical setups within the lab. Create, review, and adapt CAD drawings for installation layouts and technical schematics. Support prototype building, lab experiments, and other technical projects. Maintain accurate records of installations, drawings, and vendor documentation. Monitor resource use, budgets, and timelines for assigned projects. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent). 3–5 years of experience in facility engineering, exhibition installation, or technical project management. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent). Strong hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems. Demonstrated project coordination and supplier management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
