Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Facility Engineer I&E with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation and electrical engineering, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide strategic engineering support for operating assets, including minor design changes and project scopes.
Manage change for design packages and associated changes to ensure seamless implementation.
Support quality inspection, checks, and specification of new equipment and piping.
Offer technical support for planned mechanical equipment and piping scopes during routine maintenance or turnarounds.
Develop engineering work packages for brownfield projects, maintenance activities, and turnarounds to optimize efficiency.
Participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs), design reviews, and coordinate multi-discipline inputs to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements

Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of site-based facility experience in a brownfield environment.
Strong knowledge of piping system design codes and standards, pressure vessel design, leak seal methods, pipe stress analysis, damage mechanisms, process equipment, and piping material selection and sizing.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Familiarity with API codes and standards, as well as process safety information and management of change work processes.
