Facility Assistant

As a Facility Assistant at Peak Performance, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities located in JP Nagar, Whitefield, Hennur, and Domlur in Bangalore. Your role will involve ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all four centers, coordinating with vendors for facility-related services, and providing support to the team. You will also be required to travel to different centers using your personal bike for timely completion of tasks and responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Facility Management: Overseeing the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities and coordinating with vendors for necessary repairs and services. - Vendor Management: Managing and coordinating with vendors for services like housekeeping, security, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to company standards. - Logistics and Travel: Traveling to all four centers in Bangalore using your personal bike, ensuring tasks are completed on time. - General Administration: Performing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to the facility team and other departments as required. To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in facility management being a plus. Prior experience in facility management or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential. You must also possess a valid bike license and a reliable bike for travel, along with the ability to work an 8-hour morning shift.
