Job Description

Location:

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations and maintenance of Mivan high-rise residential buildings.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other building services.
Conduct routine inspections and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility-related services and AMC activities.
Address and resolve resident facility-related complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain records of maintenance, equipment checklists, and statutory compliances.
Support handover processes and assist in snag rectification with project/quality teams.
Ensure safety standards and fire safety protocols are followed at site.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of
Mivan shuttering and high-rise residential building systems
.
Understanding of MEP services and facility management practices.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
