Role and Responsibilities
● Facilitate training sessions for Govt. School teachers with trainers across Mumbai.
● Coordinate the logistics of the training as well as monitor the training for smooth
functioning.
● Database management of the training sessions and follow-up on training with teachers.
● Facilitating weekly peer learning sessions with the teachers in groups
● Support the content development of the sessions.
● Coordination with government officials for building rapport, feedback, and need analysis.
● Classroom support for teachers to ensure smooth implementation of the program.
● Active involvement in other programs of Pehlay Akshar Foundation
● Become the face of Pehlay Akshar Foundation on the ground and strive to achieve the vision of the organization to your fullest capacity.
