Job Description

You will be responsible for leading Facets/QNXT architecture design, configuration, and implementation for enterprise healthcare clients. Your role will involve driving product roadmap, backlog management, and release planning to align with business goals. Additionally, you will define and implement Facets/QNXT data models, data governance, and data management strategies. You will oversee integration with upstream and downstream systems to ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborating with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translating them into functional/technical specifications will be a key part of your role. Providing hands-on leadership in Facets/QNXT implementation, configuration, and testing cycles is essential. You will also guide development teams on system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations, while ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance tuning across Facets/QNXT deployments. Mentoring and coaching teams in Facets/QNXT capabilities, processes, and tools will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Facets/QNXT architecture design, configuration, and implementation - Drive product roadmap, backlog management, and release planning - Define and implement Facets/QNXT data models, data governance, and data management strategies - Oversee integration with upstream and downstream systems - Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements - Provide hands-on leadership in Facets/QNXT implementation, configuration, and testing cycles - Guide development teams on system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations - Ensure best practices, scalability, and performance tuning across Facets/QNXT deployments - Mentor and coach teams in Facets/QNXT capabilities, processes, and tools Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in Facets and/or QNXT architecture and implementation - Deep knowledge of Facets/QNXT data models and data management - Hands-on experience in Facets/QNXT integration and configuration - Proven track record in Facets/QNXT product roadmap and backlog management - Experience in end-to-end implementation cycles (requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment) - Ability to work in Agile environments with cross-functional teams You are expected to have knowledge of healthcare core administration processes (member enrollment, claims, billing, provider management, etc.) and experience with healthcare claims processing systems and workflows. Exposure to other healthcare COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) products besides Facets/QNXT, hands-on experience in Facets/QNXT testing methodologies and tools, as well as strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience are considered good-to-have skills.
