Fabrication Production Supervisor

As a Welding and Sheet Metal Supervisor, your role involves supervising day-to-day fabrication activities to meet production targets as per the schedule. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints for efficient production planning. Additionally, you will perform material estimation, monitor workforce performance, and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Your duties will also include maintaining documentation, coordinating with other departments, and traveling for installation and commissioning activities. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities to meet production targets - Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints for production planning - Perform material estimation based on production requirements - Monitor workforce performance and guide for optimal output - Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and timely task completion - Maintain documentation related to production and inventory - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow - Travel anywhere within India or abroad for installation and commissioning activities - Have sound knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, and sheet metal work - Possess basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety practices in fabrication Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Welding and Sheet Metal - 8+ years of experience in the fabrication field The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
