Fabric Belt Jointer (Rubber Conveyor Belt Splicer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hot and cold vulcanized jointing of rubber fabric conveyor belts of various grades and widths.
• Cut, shape, and prepare belt ends for splicing, following standard procedures and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct patch repairs and edge sealing of belts as needed.
• Handle belt installation, pulling, clamping, and alignment on conveyor systems.
• Use splicing equipment like vulcanizing presses, belt grinders, buffing tools, and belt skivers safely and efficiently.
• Perform inspections of belts for damage or wear and prepare reports.
• Maintain the cleanliness of tools, equipment, and the splicing area.
• Ensure all work is carried out following safety protocols and lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Qualifications:

• 10th Pass / ITI or equivalent technical qualification.
• Certification or training in belt vulcanizing (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fabric belt jointing and maintenance in material handling or heavy industry environments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
