Job Description

We are looking for an immediate joiner for the current acedemic year.

Design, plan, and oversee the implementation of the Early Years curriculum, ensuring it meets the developmental needs of students.
Integrate innovative and age-appropriate teaching strategies into the curriculum.
Ensure alignment with the school's educational philosophy and standards.
Conduct regular classroom observations to provide constructive feedback and identify areas for growth.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Ensure personalized learning plans to meet individual student needs.
Promote child-centered approaches that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and emotional development.
Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents to provide updates on student progress and address concerns.
Collaborate with other school departments to ensure seamless transitions and consistency in teaching practices.

Experience:

Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in early years teaching.
Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
