Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Eye Hospital Counselor located in Panchkula. The Eye Hospital Counselor will be responsible for guiding patients through their eye care journey, providing information on treatment options, and supporting patient decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating with medical staff, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The counselor will also assist with patient education and help with administrative tasks related to patient care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist patients with compassion and empathy
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in using medical management software is preferable
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Fluency in English and local languages
• Relevant educational background in healthcare or counseling
