As an EU Regulatory Reporting Specialist at EY, you will play a crucial role in understanding the intricacies of the European Regulatory reporting framework and work as a senior member of the Regulatory Reporting BAU/Production team. Your responsibilities will include: - Interacting effectively with onshore and offshore team members - Ensuring all deliverables adhere to the highest quality standards and are completed in a timely manner - Identifying, evaluating, and recommending new technology opportunities for platform enablement - Identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to streamline the work environment - Executing detailed procedures related to funds, asset management concepts, controllership function, investment books and records, and financial reporting processes - Facilitating necessary conversations between Business and Technology to determine product features To excel in this role, you should possess: - Clear communication skills, both written and verbal - 1-3 years of experience in Banking Capital Markets or Wealth & Asset Management industry with exposure to European-based regulatory reporting - A Masters degree in accounting or finance; MBA, CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent degree is a plus - Understanding of financial industry concepts like fund accounting, expense reporting, tax reporting, asset types, and derivatives - Direct exposure to European regulatory reporting such as MiFID II, PRIIPs, ESMA, CBI, AIFMD, CSSF, SFDR, or other reporting standards - Functional knowledge of WAM domain and capital market OTC derivative products - General understanding of Lux/UK GAAP and accounting principles - Knowledge of Risk function deliverables and understanding of BRD is advantageous EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) offers a dynamic and truly global delivery network across six locations.
