Export Sales Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our export sales function for mechanical equipment. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying and engaging potential international clients and partners through various channels such as email, calls, and virtual meetings. - Understanding customer requirements, qualifying leads, and managing inquiries until conversion. - Preparing and sending customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients. - Coordinating internally with technical and production teams to provide timely support on client queries. - Maintaining and updating CRM with detailed follow-ups and lead status. - Supporting the onboarding process of new clients and ensuring a smooth handover to execution teams. - Tracking market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable business intelligence insights. To excel in this role, you should ideally have: - A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in international B2B sales, with a preference for industrial machinery or pumps industry experience. - A graduate degree in any discipline. - Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. - Proficiency in email drafting and virtual presentation tools. - A disciplined approach to follow-up and CRM management. - The ability to manage multiple clients and timelines effectively. Additionally, if you possess experience in industrial B2B product sales or have exposure to markets in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, or Europe, it would be considered advantageous.
