Export Officer

Oxford currently Looking for - Export Assistant for Mumbai H.Q.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Export assistant will provide support to the export manager and assist in -

· Preparing shipper labels and product bar code labels.

· Looking after pre and post-shipment documentation.

· Preparing Export Invoice, Packing list.

· Co-ordinating with Factory at the time of dispatches of the material.

· Co-ordinating with Transporters / Clearing Agent for delivery of finished goods to the Port or to the Airport.

· Any other responsibilities assigned by the Company.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

· A Graduate with a minimum of 6 to 12 months of relevant experience is preferable.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
