Export Manager

As an Export Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the international export of veterinary products such as pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and medical supplies. Your primary duties will include managing the entire export process, ensuring compliance with global regulations, coordinating with logistics partners, and maintaining relationships with distributors and customers. Your key responsibilities will include handling order receipt to product delivery, preparing export documentation, monitoring shipment status, ensuring product compliance with destination country regulations, staying updated on export laws and certifications, and providing customer support. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate inventory levels, provide technical support to international clients, and manage export documentation records. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field, hold a bachelor's degree in veterinary science or a related field, and possess technical skills such as knowledge of export management software and Microsoft Office Excel. Understanding of the veterinary market, animal health products, and regulatory requirements will be highly beneficial. This is a full-time permanent position based in Gurgaon with working hours from 09:30 A.M. to 06:30 P.M., six days a week with Saturdays being half days. The salary for this position is negotiable and includes benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
