Job Description

Job Title: Export Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LC documents, etc.).
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters for timely dispatch.
Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and international trade regulations.
Communicate with overseas clients on shipment status, documentation, and delivery schedules.
Manage export invoicing, LC submissions, and follow up on export payments with banks.
Maintain export records and prepare MIS reports for management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international shipping procedures.
Familiarity with LC, export financing, and customs clearance.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and email communication.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in Commerce / International Business / Logistics or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in export/import coordination.
Knowledge of customs laws & DGFT procedures preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
