Experienced Trainer – Beauty & Wellness(3-5 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training in skin care, hair styling, makeup, spa therapies, personal grooming, and hygiene
• Train students as per curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and hands-on practice
• Guide learners in using beauty tools, products, and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain training records, attendance, lesson plans, and report progress
• Stay updated on industry trends and new beauty products / techniques
• Prepare trainees for certification assessments and job placements
• Ensure discipline, hygiene, and a positive learning environment in the training center

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology (certified preferred)
• 3–5+ years of experience as a trainer or beauty professional in salons, spas, or training institutes
• Strong knowledge in makeup, hair, facials, manicure/pedicure, and wellness therapies.
• Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Comfortable with theory and practical sessions; ability to train both beginners and advanced students

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
