Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Ticketing Executive, Executive - Visa, and Tour - Operation Executive based in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves arranging ticket reservations and sales, assisting customers with travel and visa-related inquiries, and managing tour operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring seamless booking and ticketing processes, providing excellent customer service, and delivering tailored travel solutions to clients while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales, Reservations, and Sales management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of visa processes and tour operations is advantageous
• Experience with travel management systems and tools would be beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
