Experienced Structural/Architectural Revit Modeler

We are hiring an Experienced Structural/Architectural Revit Modeler on a remote project-to-project basis. The Revit Modeler will produce detailed structural and architectural Revit models, collaborate with design teams, review BIM models for accuracy and completeness, generate construction documents, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Daily tasks include creating and modifying Revit models, coordinating with architects and engineers, and participating in design meetings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit modeling and BIM software
• Experience in structural and/or architectural modeling
• Ability to review and ensure the accuracy of BIM models
• Strong knowledge of construction documents and drafting practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• A degree in Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience with various building types and construction materials
• Ability to work independently and remotely
