Roles and Responsibilities

• Ability to analyze cases of medical malpractice, personal injury, mass tort cases, and demand letters
• Performing the Case Analysis and Quality Check
• Must read and decipher complex physician handwritten notes accurately
• Typing speed of at least 40-45 WPM
• Prioritize workloads to ensure expedited cases are processed within defined timelines
• Responsible for timely completion of Quality Review of individual cases
• Analyzing errors and conducting feedback sessions
• Complying with SOPs and other standard guidelines of the organization

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to comprehend complex medical information
• Reviewing medical records and preparing medical summaries such as PI-chronology, Med-Mal chronology, demand letters etc. (any one process at least)
• Identifying missing medical records
• Reading and deciphering complex physician handwritten notes accurately

Qualifications

• BDS, BAMS, BHMS, Pharm D, BSc (Nursing), BPT, and Life science graduates
• Fluency in English is a must
• Experience in medical record review or related field
• Knowledge of medical terminology and legal processes is a plus
