Experienced Foreman Heavy Power Press Machinery

You will be an experienced Foreman specializing in Heavy Duty Power Press & Machine Tools manufacturing. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising the production and assembly processes of heavy power press machinery, managing and providing guidance to machine operators, fitters, and welders, ensuring strict adherence to quality control measures and safety standards, collaborating with the management team to ensure timely delivery of orders, and troubleshooting technical issues on the shop floor. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman in heavy machinery manufacturing, possess a strong understanding of mechanical assembly, hydraulics, and pneumatics, demonstrate proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and machine layouts, and exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills.
