Experienced Dry Bulk Chartering Manager

As a Dry Bulk Ship Chartering professional focusing on the Handy-Panamax desk, your role involves negotiating and concluding Time Charter and Spot fixtures independently. You will actively engage with Ship owners/brokers to explore long-term period charter opportunities. Conducting freight market research and monitoring freight trends to book forward cargoes will be key responsibilities. Ensuring efficient vessel employment for in-house controlled tonnages and expanding the present client list are crucial for success in this role. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Ship Operating/Broking. Building and maintaining a good rapport with counterparties and leveraging your existing network are essential. Strong negotiation and communication skills will be beneficial, along with the ability to work independently. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Maritime Studies, International Trade, or a related field, is required for this position.,
