Experience center manager

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the showroom.
• Maintain visual and physical presentation of merchandise as per brand standards.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and timely reordering.

Sales & Customer Experience

• Deliver a high-end, consultative customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and discretion.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff.
• Set sales goals, track performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales and service excellence.

Brand Representation

• Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the showroom.
• Organize showroom events, collaborations, and client presentations to boost visibility.

Reporting

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Share market insights and customer feedback with senior management for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
