he HRBP will effectively manage and resolves complex employee relations issues, resolution and investigations, performance management, talent/succession planning, 360 feedback with a focus on leadership development and developing and implementing people strategies with tactical initiatives- Role & responsibilities Collaborate with operations to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organizations success. Oversee and manage engagement, people plan, employee relations issues to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles. Lead and support change initiatives, helping employees adapt to automations. Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal code of conduct and disciplinary policies Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters degree preferred). 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
