About the Event

The Christmas Carnival 2025 is Gujarat’s grandest lifestyle, culture, and family celebration, bringing together 4,00,000+ visitors, 300+ brands, entertainment, food, shopping, and more. Organized at GMDC Ground, Ahmedabad, this 9-day mega event will showcase top businesses, lifestyle products, startups, and cultural performances during the festive Christmas & New Year season.

Role: Exhibition Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Professionals to join our team for stall & sponsorship sales for The Christmas Carnival 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & reach out to potential exhibitors, sponsors, and brands.
• Pitch stall booking and sponsorship opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, corporates, and associations.
• Meet sales targets for stall booking & sponsorship packages.
• Coordinate with the marketing & operations team for client servicing.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing/Business or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Exhibition / Event Sales / Media Sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated with a passion for events & client engagement.
