Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close sponsorship and exhibition space sales opportunities for conferences and exhibitions. Build and nurture relationships with prospective sponsors by understanding their marketing goals and aligning them with suitable event solutions. Create and implement a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy tailored to different industry verticals. Generate qualified leads through in-depth market research, networking, cold calling, and participation in relevant industry events. Engage with senior decision-makers to present sponsorship proposals and negotiate terms effectively. Ensure ongoing sponsor satisfaction by managing accounts, delivering promised benefits, and addressing evolving needs. Maintain consistent follow-up to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new revenue opportunities. Provide regular sales performance reports, sponsor feedback, and market insights to senior management. Preferred Candidate Profile Demonstrated success in sponsorship sales, exhibition space selling, advertisement sales, or similar roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Capable of designing customized sponsorship proposals that align with client objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Sound understanding of project planning and revenue-driven business strategies. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills. Skills & Competencies Minimum 2 years of experience in exhibition/conference sales and marketing. Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle, marketing initiatives, and operational management of large-scale events. Well-established network among clients and event service providers in the industry. Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership for personal sales targets. Self-driven with the ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines. Confident, articulate communicator with strong presentation skills. Effective in negotiation, time management, and strategic planning.
