Working Hours: 9:00 AM onwards to 6:00 PM (Extended hours as per event requirements)
CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and network strength)
Type: Full-time | On-field Role

Book My Kitty (BMK), operated under BMKP Festiverse Pvt. Ltd., is the world’s first startup dedicated to kitty party management, seamlessly combining event-tech and food-tech to transform how kitty parties and community events are hosted in India. We organize everything from intimate RWA events to large-scale exhibitions and brand activations.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly connected and proactive Exhibition Marketing Executive with proven experience in bringing onboard exhibitors, brands, and sponsors for consumer-facing events. The ideal candidate should possess a strong network within industries such as fashion, lifestyle, wellness, home décor, food, and women-centric brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard multiple exhibitors for upcoming exhibitions, trade shows, and community events organized by BMK.
• Leverage existing connects with exhibitors, sponsors, and relevant stakeholders to close deals.
• Pitch event benefits and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Develop and maintain a growing database of exhibitors, vendors, and sponsors.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination, branding, logistics, and stall allocation.
• Conduct on-ground visits to exhibitions, events, and networking meets to build new alliances.
• Ensure revenue targets and event-specific participation quotas are achieved.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in event sales, exhibition marketing, or a related field.
• Strong existing connects with active exhibitors across Delhi-NCR or PAN India.
• Proven track record in sales closures and client onboarding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
• Comfortable with travel and field-based work.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about event marketing.
