Greetings from Aarvi Encon Position Title: Executive/Sr. Executive HR Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager Experience: 3-6 Years Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai Qualifications: MBA/PGDM HR Preferred Industry exposure: Marine/Heavy engineering/Oil & Gas Key Responsibilities: • Understand the desired business requirements and translate them into departmental learning objectives. • Create training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials. Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs • Review individual and organizational development needs • Present training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, classroom sessions, instructor led sessions, simulations, and videos. • Implements LMS. • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. • Capable in handling vendor cost. • Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities • Assesses training materials prepared by instructors. • Evaluate & report program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback. • Prepare and implement training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses. • Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing • Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts • Organize hiring, training activities and development programs • Develop training strategies, standards, and tools • Evaluate Training effectiveness • Creation of Central Repository of Learning and Capability Development. • Must be good at handling vendors, cost and vision on further skills required for growth • Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
