Job Description

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive product penetration and increase market share.
Monitor competitor activities and propose counter-strategies.

2. Market Development

Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Expand product listings and improve visibility at retail outlets.
Ensure proper placement, display, and branding of products.

3. Distributor & Retail Management

Manage distributor relationships, stock levels, and order planning.
Conduct regular market visits to retail outlets.
Address distributor issues and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

4. Merchandising & Execution

Ensure execution of trade marketing and promotional activities.
Coordinate with merchandising teams to maintain planogram adherence.
Track effectiveness of promotions and provide insights.

5. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales data to identify gaps and opportunities.
Provide insights for forecasting and planning.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in FMCG sales (15 years preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of retail and distribution networks.
Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Role & responsibilities

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in FMCG (Food/Beverage/Personal Care/Household category) is an advantage.
Valid driving license (if field-based role).
