Job Title: Quality Executive

Job Purpose

To ensure that all wood products, furniture, and interior works meet defined quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements through systematic inspection, monitoring, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities1. Incoming Material Quality

• Inspect incoming raw materials such as plywood, MDF, particle board, laminates, veneers, hardware, adhesives, and finishes.
• Verify material specifications, thickness, grade, moisture content, and surface finish.
• Maintain incoming inspection records and reject non-conforming materials.

2. In-Process Quality Control

• Monitor production processes including cutting, edge banding, assembly, polishing, painting, and finishing.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and quality standards.
• Conduct stage-wise inspections and identify defects like warping, chipping, color mismatch, joint gaps, and finish defects.
• Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

3. Finished Goods Inspection

• Inspect finished furniture and wood components for dimensions, finish quality, functionality, and workmanship.
• Ensure packing standards are followed to avoid transit damages.
• Approve products for dispatch only after meeting quality requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
