Job Description

Processing customer orders and handling general enquiries, including issues related to undelivered orders and uncredited returns.
Managing queries from Next retail stores regarding customer parcel deliveries and in-store stock checks.Responding to enquiries from international customers concerning order tracking, undelivered parcels, and returns—fluency in multiple languages, including English, is essential.Performing various administrative tasks, ranging from adjusting customer accounts to coordinating and dispatching mass customer communications.Must have proven experience in customer service and the ability to speak fluently and confidently, particularly in English. Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
