Job Description
The Procurement & Accounts Executive will manage seeds procurement accounting, GRN entries, debit notes, vendor/farmer reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role will ensure timely payment processing, compliance with financial regulations, and accuracy in procurement-related entries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GRN / purchase entries weekly and ensure accuracy.
  
• Issue debit notes for processing loss, rate differences, and quality incentives.
  
• Handle organizer advances, farmer payments, and commission settlements.
  
• Reconcile accounts with farmers and organizers (Jagdalpur, Ambikapur, etc.).
  
• Prepare due payment reports, stock statements for banks, and production cost comparisons.
  
• Support forex bill clearance and organizer commission accounting.
  
• Assist in nursery/seed sales accounting and dispatch monitoring.
  
• Participate in new initiatives and inventory integration improvements.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets & accounting software. Knowledge of procurement accounting and reconciliation. Strong accuracy and attention to detail in financial entries.
