Executive, Unreal Engine Artist

As an Unreal Engine Artist, you will be responsible for developing an Unreal Pipeline capable of creating content for various platforms such as Web, Android, and iOS. Your primary task will be to produce photorealistic renders for interior sets and product visuals, ensuring a minimum of 90% accuracy when compared to real-life references like photographs. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of art and animation pipelines, along with expertise in Unreal's Blueprints system. Your responsibilities will include testing and prototyping new image creation techniques, as well as assisting in the development of tools to enhance the Unreal pipeline. You should have advanced experience with 3Ds MAX and be proficient in creating interaction and functionality using the Unreal engine Blueprints system. Additionally, you will design complex materials, implement lighting techniques, and aim for a high level of photorealistic accuracy in render outputs. Experience in shading, lighting, procedural creation, scripts/Blueprint/pipeline work, optimization, and VFX will be beneficial for this role. You should be adept at creating blueprints, developing tools, automating tasks, working with shaders, and handling cinematic scenes and animations in Unreal. An understanding of AR/VR workflows, cinematic lighting, camera animations, and creating configurators for different platforms like IOS and Android is required. Bonus skills and experience include knowledge of programming languages like Python, Javascript, C#, and C++, as well as skinning, rigging, and bone retargeting in Unreal. Familiarity with virtual production real-time compositing using Composure, Adobe Suite, and various content creation software will be advantageous. Any additional technical skills related to particle systems, vertex painting, foliage painting, and landscape editing tools in Unreal are considered a bonus.
