Executive - Technical Service & Development

Role Overview: You will be joining Doshion Poly Science Pvt Ltd as a mid-level Executive for Technical Service Development in Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support to the marketing department, conducting process calculations, and performing PG tests. You will be expected to possess mandatory skills in these areas, along with a diverse set of additional required skills. Key Responsibilities: - Tender documentation: - Read and understand all technical and techno-commercial terms in tender documents - Prepare a technical checklist - Check specifications and match our product - Prepare customer-specific technical datasheets as per guidance from seniors - Perform process calculations for OBR requirements, resin volumes, chemical consumption, wastewater generation, etc., as per tender requirements - Submit all technical datasheets, MSDS, process calculations, etc., to the tender department for filling in technical bids - Coordinate with the tender department for matters related to live tenders for timely submission and meeting all technical requirements as per the tender - Providing Technical support to Marketing department: - Receive inquiries from the marketing department for products, applications, etc. - Check and suggest our equivalent product/suitable product as per customer requirements - Provide technical datasheets of products - Provide process calculations as per customer requirements - Provide a timely response to marketing people who are in the field for their technical support requirements in consultation with VP-Technical - Preparing New Technical Documents: - Technical datasheets - Training modules on different subjects for new joiners, dealers & OEMs - Technical manuals - Technical presentations - Technical reports on trials taken for new applications, new products, etc. - Performance Guarantee Tests at customer locations: - Visit customer sites after the supply of resins as per their purchase order - Attend the performance test runs for 3 to 7 cycles as per purchase order terms and conditions and monitor the same - Ensure that satisfactory performance is achieved in test runs - Make minutes of meeting with customer representatives and ensure the satisfactory completion of work - Training to New employees joining, Dealers & OEMs: - Conduct technical training programs on ion exchange resins and its applications - Conduct training programs on different technical subjects as per marketing requirements for dealers and OEMs - New application development from existing products: - Literature survey - Competitor products information for the same application - Plan trials on a lab scale - Conduct trials with the help of R&D and Sanand QC team - Tabulate and analyze data and prepare reports on new application trials - Prototype/Demo models plants for exhibition: - Work with the project and purchase team for the design and procurement of small prototypes/demo plants for exhibition purposes - Carry out trial runs on the same with the Sanand team - Literature preparation for social media: - Create small videos of our product features, applications, comparisons with other market products, photographs, etc. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with relevant work experience,
