Executive - Technical Service & Development

As a mid-level Executive for Technical Service Development at Doshion Poly Science Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to the marketing department, conducting process calculations, and performing PG tests. Your responsibilities will include: - Tender documentation: - Reading and understanding all technical and techno-commercial terms in tender documents - Preparing technical checklists and matching specifications with our products - Creating customer-specific technical datasheets and process calculations for various requirements - Submitting all technical datasheets, MSDS, and process calculations to the tender department for bid submissions - Coordinating with the tender department for timely submission and meeting all technical requirements of live tenders - Providing Technical support to Marketing dept: - Handling inquiries from the marketing department for products and applications - Suggesting suitable products as per customer requirements - Providing technical datasheets, process calculations, and timely technical support to marketing personnel in the field - Preparing New Technical Documents: - Developing technical datasheets, training modules, manuals, presentations, and reports - Conducting trials for new applications and products - Performance Guarantee Tests at customer locations: - Visiting customer sites post supply of resins - Attending and monitoring performance test runs for multiple cycles - Ensuring satisfactory performance and documenting meeting minutes with customer representatives - Training employees, Dealers & OEMs: - Conducting technical training programs on ion exchange resins and various technical subjects - Providing training to dealers and OEMs as per marketing requirements - New application development from existing products: - Conducting literature surveys and competitor product analysis - Planning and executing trials with R&D and QC teams - Analyzing data and preparing reports on new application trials - Prototype / Demo models plants for exhibition: - Collaborating with project and purchase teams for designing prototypes - Conducting trial runs and exhibitions - Literature preparation for social media: - Creating videos, photographs, and comparison features for social media Qualifications: - Graduate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with relevant work experience Join Doshion Poly Science Pvt Ltd in their mission to provide turn-key solutions for water and wastewater treatment with your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.,
