Your Profile

  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via support portal, e-mail, phone and other electronic mediums.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing software faults.
  • Provide software support, including procedural, documentation.
  • Responsible for installing and configuring computer systems.
  • Respond within agreed time limits to client call-outs.
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Able to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines.

Your Checklist

  • Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
  • Must be able to multitask, should be able to work with departments & teams.
  • Deep methodical troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills are required.
  • Must have Database experience – SQL.
  • Must have Operating system experience (Windows Server).
