Job Description

Minimum 1 year of experience in a direct customer-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory. You should have attention to detail, demonstrable problem-solving skills, and a willingness to assist customers. Strong writing skills are also required. The role may involve working in shifts with flexible timing, excluding night shifts. A typing speed of at least 45 words per minute is necessary. Candidates from South Kolkata are preferred. We are seeking individuals for roles such as Educators, Teacher Trainers, Counsellors, Business Development, Academic Management, Sales, and Student Support personnel at various levels.
