Position - Executive stores & Dispatch & Logistics

Warehouse Operations- Monitor daily inward shipments & warehouse activities. Plan & allocate warehouse space Ensure sufficient stock levels to meet sales requirements. Arrange transportation for incoming materials. Coordinate with sales team for tanker loading planning. Verify GRN (Goods receipt note) & dispatch activities. Conduct daily inward & outward verification. Generate Invoices, e waybills and delivery challan against SO & STOs Supply Chain Management- Communicate with product managers for material arrangements. Ensure sufficient packing materials for tanker repacking. Plan transportation for bulk items. Arrange transportation at competitive rates & identify new transport vendors. Inventory Management- Maintain accurate stock records. Conduct daily & monthly stock reconciliation. Work with sales team to liquidate slow-moving & non-moving materials. Administrative Tasks- Monitor daily reports (sales, stock, MIS) Process customer complaints & CAPA (Corrective actions & Preventive actions) Handle misc issue & receipt entries Verify vendor bills & submit for payment. Manage petty cash & daily cash expenses. Control & reduce costs. Collaboration & Communication- Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth operations. Communicate with IT team regarding technical issues. Connect with team members to resolve daily operational issues. Escalate pending issues to management. Operation Management- Initiate sale of rejected/ expired materials.

Must have knowledge of SAP
