Role Overview: You will be responsible for receiving, checking, and recording incoming materials such as GRN, challan, and invoice. Additionally, you will manage storage, stacking, labelling, and material issuance. It will be your duty to maintain inventory in ERP/Excel system ensuring FIFO/FEFO practices. Stock audits and maintaining zero variance will also be part of your role. Coordinating dispatches with transporters, preparing E-way bills, packing lists, delivery challans, and dispatch documents are also key responsibilities. Tracking shipments and updating internal teams/customers, as well as maintaining warehouse safety, cleanliness, and SOP compliance, will be crucial tasks.
