Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and advanced analysis using LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS, including instrument operation, calibration, troubleshooting, and participating in IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
Execute method development and validation for nitrosamine impurities, NDSRIs and other analytes as per regulatory guidelines, including preparation of protocols and reports.
Independently handle MS instruments (various brands), perform structural elucidation using fragmentation pattern, and apply appropriate sample preparation techniques.
Review and interpret technical data and documents, troubleshoot analytical/method-related issues. and support OOS/OOC investigations.
Maintain accurate technical documentation such as laboratory records, method development reports, SOPs, calibration documents, raw data, and electronic records in compliance with GLP/GMP.
Communicate effectively with clients/customers to understand project requirements, discuss analytical outcomes, and provide conclusions.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have 04 - 06 years of experience in Analytical Development Lab department of Pharmaceutical domain.

Exposure of LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS instruments are mandatory.
