- As a Social Media Executive, you will be reaching out to new business opportunities via various social media channels, working to explore and uncover their needs in order to better understand how Franchise Alpha can grow their business. The work is challenging, fast-paced, and always on the bleeding edge. You are extremely determined, have strong interpersonal skills, an unwavering commitment to quality and a collaborative work ethic. You don't need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don't). What we're after is someone with a curious mind and a passion for improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties : - Qualify new inbound and outbound business opportunities, and distribute qualified leads to the appropriate Business Consultants.- Engage with customers on social media, especially Facebook, to handle incoming inquiries and create leads for the Sales Team- Manage a high volume of leads in the CRM tool accurately and efficiently, ensuring the right level of follow-up.- Research target customers online as pre-qualified sales opportunities.- Provide strong communication and coordination within and among the sales teams.- Understand our strategic direction and initiatives and assist with team alignment and support.- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy- Define most important social media KPIs- Manage and oversee social media content- Measure the success of every social media campaign- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies- Use social media marketing tools- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network- Hire and train others in the team- Provide constructive feedbackWorking Days : Monday To SaturdayWorking Time : 10am to 7pm
