Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Looking after the Sales administration activities for the division assigned

2. Being the single point contact for field staff for information on CRM, Dispatch, Status/progress of their request & expense re-imbursements

3. Assisting in preparing MIS reports & circulating the same to the field managers

4. Processing and validating monthly expenses field staff

5. Updating all India field employee data base on daily basis, sending stationery, Imprest cash, visiting cards, mobile phone, working bags etc.

6. Providing information related to resignation, New Joinees, Promotion, change in communication address, phone numbers and all other communication regarding absconding of field staff to Field HR team

7. Coordinating with field managers for various data / reports

8. Routing of all requisitions for approval

9. Maintaining records of Weekly Report, Activity Reports, Tour Programme

10. Maintaining Filings & Records

11. Verifying Local Activity & CRM expenses

12. Handling the queries of the field force regards to mobile reporting activity
