Executive / Senior Executive - QC

Role & responsibilities

1. To daily analytical planning within the team to deliver results to production team within agreed analytical timeline.

2. To monitor & procure the required essential items like, chemicals, reagent, glassware, columns, spares, consumables, gas cylinders etc.

3. To manage all qc equipments periodically servicing and maintenance at the time of break dawn.

4. Supervision of all chemists work which are distributed.

5. To ensure all qc instruments periodically calibrated & preventive maintenance program.

6. To ensure all raw material, in process & Finished products analysis report review and monitoring online analysis & its documentation.

7. To prepare the Standard Operating Procedure for QC department.

8. Timely review of analytical documents with respect to cGMP and internal SOPs.

9. To ensure the operation and calibration of all analytical instruments as per laid down procedures.

10. To ensure the documentation of all analysis including raw data, checking of all data and proper storage of data.

11. To organize the analysis of all stability samples, as per specified schedule.

12. To review and updating of all standard test procedures and specifications of all raw materials, packaging materials and finished products on regular basis to meet regulatory requirements.

13. To ensure the proper standardization of volumetric solution, preparation of reagents and its documentation.

14. To ensure the sampling, testing, approval or rejection of all Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, In-process Products.

15. To ensure the compliance of cGLP.

16. In addition to the above mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignment given on an occasional basis or daily basis by the immediate superior or the management.

17. Participate in execution of all validation programs like analytical method, cleaning validation etc.

18. Supervision & planning of analysis & dispatch and review necessary documents.

19. Lab work helping for Sampling of Materials.

20. Co-ordinate with service engineers for timely preventive maintenance, calibration and breakdown services.
