Job Description

Executive/ Senior Executive

Responsible for Inbound - Outbound transportation process improvement
Manage and drive the losses portfolio
Monitor shipments to ensure they remain in intact condition.
Oversee and execute the PV process,
Manage the Proof of Delivery process.
Identify and fix operational gaps within the losses and supply chain processes.
Problem-solving related to operational challenges.
Must have a background and operational knowledge in Supply Chain.
Proven problem-solving abilities.
Should be well-versed with excel.
1-2 years of experience in supply chain management (would be preferable)
To succeed in this role, you should have the following:
1) Proactive engagement to solve customer issues before they escalate, a keen ability to gather and act on customer feedback to drive customer experience improvements, and the agility to adapt strategies in real-time to meet evolving customer needs. 2) Continuously strive to improve accuracy of delivery, speed & efficiency of operations & visibility of touchpoints. 3) Success in this role is measured not only by individual performance but also by the ability to contribute to a culture of Customer Obsession that aligns with our strategic goals as a leading e-Commerce organization. .
