Executive/ Senior Executive- IT

As an IT Support Executive at Housr, your primary role will be to manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining network connectivity. Your responsibilities will include: - Camera (CCTV) Configuration & Troubleshooting: Installing, configuring, and maintaining surveillance systems. - Network Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving LAN/WAN connectivity issues. - Router and Switch Configuration: Setting up and managing routing and switching equipment. - Printer Installation & Troubleshooting: Managing office printer installation and maintenance. - Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors for hardware/software procurement and service. - Software Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues in operating systems and applications. - Infrastructure Management: Supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and workstations. - Asset & Inventory Management: Tracking and managing IT hardware and software inventory. - Laptop Parts Replacement: Diagnosing hardware issues and replacing laptop components as needed. - Hardware / Software Support: Providing end-user support for hardware, software, and OS installations. - Google Workspace Management: Supporting users with Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Admin Console functions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT support or administration. - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems. - Familiarity with Google Workspace and user ID creation processes. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to user issues promptly.
