Executive/ Senior Executive- IT

As an IT Support Executive at Housr, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day IT operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up network configurations, managing assets and inventory, and providing end-user support. Your key responsibilities will involve configuring and troubleshooting CCTV systems, diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, setting up routing and switching equipment, installing and troubleshooting office printers, coordinating with vendors for hardware/software procurement, identifying and resolving software issues, supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, tracking and managing IT inventory, diagnosing hardware issues and replacing components, and providing end-user support for hardware, software, and OS installations. Additionally, you will be expected to support users with Google Workspace applications such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Admin Console functions. To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT support or administration. You should have a strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems, as well as familiarity with Google Workspace and user ID creation processes. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, respond promptly to user issues, and collaborate with external vendors is essential. Key skills that will be beneficial for this role include troubleshooting hardware and software, Google Workspace proficiency, ID/User account creation, CCTV installation and configuration, networking setup (router/switch), asset and inventory management, vendor coordination, and laptop hardware knowledge.
