Executive / Senior Executive - GMB & Lead Management

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles for all HCG hospital locations. Your role will involve ensuring accurate business information, enhancing visibility in local search results, and supporting lead management and online reputation management (ORM). Your responsibilities will include: - Regularly updating business information to maintain accuracy across all HCG hospital locations. - Optimizing GMB profiles to rank higher in Google Maps and local searches for cancer treatment. - Managing category selection, attributes, and keyword-rich descriptions to improve visibility. - Posting regular updates about services, doctor availability, and awareness campaigns. - Utilizing GMB features such as posts, Q&A, and events to engage potential patients. - Uploading high-quality images and videos to showcase hospital facilities, treatments, and success stories. - Monitoring GMB insights to understand patient behavior and improve acquisition strategies. - Assisting in lead management through manual interventions for GMB negative feedback. - Collaborating with internal teams to address patient concerns and improve brand perception. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, GMB optimization, or related roles. You should also possess a strong understanding of local SEO strategies, proficiency in CRM tools, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Preferred skills include experience in the healthcare industry or managing multi-location businesses, familiarity with social media platforms, and knowledge of digital marketing trends.
