Key Responsibilities:

BTL Campaign Planning and Execution
Community Engagement
Event Management
Patient Interaction
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of each BTL activity (footfall, lead generation & conversions).

Key Requirements:

Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Public Relations, or any related field. A Masters degree (MBA) in Marketing is a plus.
Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BTL marketing or activation, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry.
Proven experience in organizing and executing events, managing community engagement, and working with cross-functional teams.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills, including event coordination, vendor management, and logistics.
Knowledge of healthcare marketing practices, especially in a NABH-accredited hospital.
Analytical ability to assess campaign success and generate actionable insights.
