Job Responsibilities
● Handle reception duties, phone calls, visitor management, and front desk operations.
● Assist management in day-to-day official/personal tasks and documentation.
● Coordinate with all departments for smooth communication and workflow.
● Follow up on pending tasks, meeting schedules, and monthly/daily report
submissions.
● Maintain meeting calendars and assist in organizing appointments.
● Arrange airline and train ticket bookings for management.
● Assist in managing statutory filings like ITR, GST, TDS, ROC documentation etc
● Maintain and update records of all filings, receipts, and compliance documents.
● Ensure all documentation is properly categorized, filed, and retrievable.
● Maintain confidentiality of company documents, management decisions, and
employee information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 1–3 years of experience in front office or administrative role.
● Proficiency in MS Office
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
