Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding customer enquiries/ requirements and sending enquiries to suppliers, following up for offers, and providing feedback. Additionally, you will be preparing costing and comparing supplier offers, negotiating for price and delivery, and maintaining suppliers credentials, certificates, and reports. You will also be tasked with maintaining the supplier/vendor database, developing new suppliers, preparing ISO documents, MIS reports, and presentations. Managing technical documents, handling supplier invoices and import shipment documents, preparing purchase orders in the ERP system, and facilitating inter-department communication and follow-ups will also be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reports, is required for this role.
