Executive SCM

As a part of Evergreen Seamless Pipes and Tubes Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries and requirements. Your responsibilities will include sending inquiries to suppliers, following up for offers, and providing feedback on offers. You will be tasked with preparing costing and comparing supplier offers, as well as negotiating for competitive prices and timely delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining suppliers" credentials, certificates, reports, and a comprehensive data bank. You will also be required to manage the supplier/vendor database and actively participate in new supplier development initiatives. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing ISO documents, MIS reports, and presentations. Handling supplier invoices and import shipment documents will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with managing technical documents and coordinating with the Quality Control team. You will also be responsible for preparing purchase orders in the ERP system and facilitating inter-departmental communication and follow-ups. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and preparing MIS reports, will be essential for success in this role. Your attention to detail, negotiation skills, and ability to multitask will be critical in meeting the demands of this position.,
